How to play Gin Rummy
Play a local Gin Rummy match against a computer opponent. Draw and discard to form sets or same-suit runs, then knock with ten or fewer deadwood points or go gin with none. Rounds include layoffs and undercuts; the match uses a 100-point target.
Controls
- Draw from the stock or take the upcard
- Choose a card to discard; knock when eligible or continue toward gin
- Start a new round or restart the match from the game controls
Tips
- Keep cards that can connect into more than one meld.
- Pay attention to the upcard and avoid discarding cards the opponent may use.
