HOW TO PLAY

How to play Edgeweave

A local two-player tile game played with 2×2 cards on a 5×5 grid. Take either end card from your stack, rotate it, then cover at least one square. A placement must match edges while touching exactly one earlier card; if no matching connected placement is possible, place without touching any card. Covered dots do not score. After both players use their eight cards, the higher visible-dot total wins. The grid squares represent physical overlap.

Controls

  • Choose either end card, rotate with the button or R, then click or tap a legal grid square; arrows move focus and Enter places
  • N: new game; Escape: cancel selection

Tips

  1. A card must cover at least one square.
  2. A connected placement may touch only one earlier card.
