How to play Amazons
Play the original 8×8 game of Amazons against the computer or another local player. Each turn, move one piece like a chess queen, then fire an arrow to permanently block a square. The player with no legal turn loses.
Controls
- Select a piece, its destination, then a square for the arrow
- R or the on-screen button: restart
Tips
- Claim open territory early, then use arrows to cut off your opponent’s routes.
- Amazons pieces cannot move through blocked squares.
